2 things you need to know!

#1. Chaco’s are great shoes. The hip thong is different than the other types that run the straps through the tread. The hip thong is not adjustable, expect for one of the brown straps. Not sure why they thought this was helpful. I have the zx/2′s and love that they are custom fitted to my foot. If I need more toe space, I just adjust them. Not here, the colored strap can sometimes leave a mark on my foot. Also, the sizing is different. If you were a 9 in the zx/2 you will want a 10 in the hip thong. I had to return and size up. Which brings me to:
#2. USE A DIFFERENT STORE. Planet shoes does offer free returns for sizing and such on a purchase amount over $50 (I think). But they are soooooo slow. Worse….no communication during the process. I had to wait nearly 6 weeks to have the correct shoe, I had to instigate 2 emails to find out if they had my shoes, and if they were processing either a return or replacement. They just didn’t care to email any communication. Received, Processing, Mailed…things we are all use to by now.

I love them. Very comfortable. Great sandal! A must! Feel good. Arch support wonderful! Rubs a little on big toe but does not bother me.

I love Chacos

These are just as great as all my other chaco shoes. If you have wide feet you may a problem because 1 strap does not adjust. My feet are regular to narrow so I do not have a problem.

Okay for the price

These sandals were a good price. They’re not the most comfortable sandals I own, but for the price, they’ll do. I wouldn’t recommend them for wearing day in and day out, but every once in a while is fine.

These are great slides. I am very tall and need good width in my shoes which can be hard to find in a size 10. These are wide enough and very comfy!

Loved this shoe, however, it was entirely too wide. Ordered an 8N,but was much too wide and had to return it.
